Time’s Narrative

The series, Time’s Narrative, was inspired by the wondrous geological formations and patterns found in nature. From the Danxia Rainbow Mountains in China to a slab of granite from Brazil, the layers of color and striations showcase the steady pressures and epic upheavals that span millions of years. It is Time itself encapsulated in glorious colors and patterns and speaks of the eons of Chaos and Order of the earth’s history.

“Creating them made me wonder about personal upheavals and pressures and how that creates the layers of “colors” in our lives. How do our own periods of Chaos and Order create the patterns of our behaviors?”
